Assistant Principal

Ms. Michelle Bundek
Prior to joining Star Hill, I spent 10 years in the classroom teaching kindergarten, first, second, third, and sixth grades in both general and special education, with most of those years in first grade. After a decade in the classroom, I moved into the roles of Reading Specialist, Instructional Coach, and eventually Assistant Principal.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Agronomy and Environmental Science from Delaware Valley University and a Master’s in Elementary Education from Wilmington University. Along the way, I’ve also completed a certificate in Dual Language and Immersion Education from the University of Minnesota, earned my Reading Specialist certification from Grand Canyon University, and received my administrative certification through the University of Delaware’s Principal Preparation Program.
When I’m not at work, you can usually find me with my husband and our two boys. As a family, we love being outdoors—whether that’s on our farm, spending time at the beach, or cheering our boys on at the baseball field.
