EIP Teachers
Mrs. Linda Davis
My name is Linda Davis and I am the Program Coordinator for the Caesar Rodney Early Intervention Program (the LITTLEST RIDERS). I am a CR grad and have taught for CR since earning my college degree.
My husband, Jeff, and I have 4 children. I got into early intervention when my "miracle twins" were born at 24 weeks! I knew right then I was destined to help other families advocate for their young children. My twins graduated from Polytech and are both now college grads as well. I have another son who is a CR grad and now a junior at the College of Charleston. My daughter is currently a senior at CRHS. We also have 2 boxers that keep us all entertained.
When I am not working, I love to go to the beach, exercise, read, and travel.

Mrs. Tiffany McEvoy
My name is Tiffany McEvoy. I have been teaching in the CR School District for 14 years, 10 of which have been with the EIP. From the time I was a little girl I always wanted to be a teacher and am so grateful that I get to do what I love every day! I have been married for almost 19 years. My husband and I have 2 sons, 19 and 17 as well as a bonus son, 18. When I'm not at school I enjoy spending time with family, going to the beach, traveling and doing crafty things!
Mrs. Autumn Childs
Hi, my name is Mrs. Childs and I am a PreK teacher for the EIP program at Star Hill. I have over 20 years’ experience working in a preschool setting and hold a Master’s Degree from Wilmington University in Special Education Instruction. I am very excited to start my second year with CR’s Early Intervention Program. I enjoy working with all ages, but if I’m being honest, early childhood is my passion. I live in Smyrna with my husband, our 2 children Lilly and Bryce, and our lab puppy Sofey. When not teaching our youngest learners, I enjoy spending time with my family, relaxing on the beach, and taking trips to Disney.
