Hello! My name is Emily Pipe, and I am one of the Pre-K teachers from CR Countywide Programs here at Star Hill!  This will be my third year working with some of our littlest Riders.  I originate from the Philedelphia Suburbs and moved here to Delaware in the summer of 2017.  I graduated from Cabrini University in 2017 with my Dual Bachelor's in Elementary and Special Education.  When not working with my kiddos, I enjoy traveling to Walt Disney World, writing and spending time with my loved ones.

Mrs. Andrea Loper

My name is Andrea Loper and I am going into my 4th year with CRCWP!  Prior to teaching, I graduated from Caesar Rodney High School and then attended the University of Central Florida and received an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and then a Masters of Education in Exceptional Student Education.  I am excited to be back at Star Hill with the littlest Riders and look forward to a great year!  In my free time I love to travel, hike and go camping.  I would love to visit ever US National Park one day!
